Welcome to lifelong learning.

A Night of Israeli Cinema

Featuring the Ma’aleh School of Television, Film & the Arts.

Jerusalem’s Ma’aleh School of Television, Film & the Arts is the only institution in the world devoted to exploring and improving the way Orthodox Jews are represented in film. Joined by Ma’aleh graduates, the school’s director, Neta Ariel, will introduce three short student films and discuss the ways in which Jewish traditions, modern Israeli life and Western values build modern Jewish identities.

A panel discussion will feature directors (and Ma’aleh graduates) Nurit and Emanuel Cohn.
